The former head of Chicago’s Streets and Sanitation department was found guilty of four of seven mail fraud counts Monday.
The federal jury returned the verdict around 2:30 p.m. against Al Sanchez, who also worked as a coordinator with Mayor Daley’s Hispanic Democratic Organization.
