AfroFuturism, Inventors, and Harold Washington’s Legacy at BLUE1647

BLUE1647 is a local hacker space, meeting place and tech incubator located in Pilsen. From AfroFuturism to Latino policy forum and creative cyphering, they offer a menu of interesting events.

At the “Harold Washington Speaks: Justice for All” event on Dec. 17, some of Chicago’s young leaders will remember Mayor Washington and consider how to move forward with progressive ideas for Chicago today.
