Violence, crime, youth offenders, incarceration, the courts, detention, prison, and probation systems impact individuals and communities that are snared by violence. Recognizing that there are no simple solutions, a group of experts came together recently to help journalists and neighborhood groups find resources and to learn to cover or address some of the complex issues.
