Quinn Tries to Kill Controversial Legislative Scholarship Program

The Chicago Tribune reported Wednesday that Gov. Pat Quinn is again asking state lawmakers to abolish a controversial legislative scholarship program that allows lawmakers to give scholarships to relatives.
