Hispanic Voters Advocate for Change

July 30, 2008 – Hispanics are playing a key role in this year’s pivotal election. Jose
Torrez has registered more than 4,500 people in the Chicagoland area.  He works for the U.S. Hispanic Leadership Institute, which works to
increase voter registration among the nation’s fastest-growing
