Edible Chicago, invites you to attend its Carousal Party. It’s an evening of good beer, good food and good conversation! This is a FREE beer and local food sampling event co-hosted by Edible Chicago with Brooklyn Brewery at the newly expanded Hopleaf Bar. The event will be held on Monday, Aug. 13 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Edible Chicago explores the local and sustainable food movement while also celebrating the role that food plays in our lives. They use compelling content and striking photography to connect readers with Chicago’s unique food culture. Seasonal recipes, source guide listings on where to eat, shop and drink, a blog, quality video content and sponsored local food events makes us an indispensable resource for anyone passionate about good food.

Brooklyn Brewery debuts its Brewmaster’s Reserve Fiat Lux in Chicago and will be offering a complimentary 10 oz. pour to try. Edible Chicago celebrates four years in publication with the launch of the summer issue, which will be available to all guests. We’ll have food and beer pairings generously provided by Edible Chicago‘s event partners:

New Rose Catering , Grampa Boo’s Basting & BBQ Sauce and Stu’s Sour Pickle. Hopleaf Bar will be providing cheese samples. And a selection of Brooklyn Brewery craft beers will be just $3.00 per 10 oz. pour all evening!
